KIDS CHURCH

For the time being, in our Loughborough Campus, we are running our Junction Kids Sessions through our 10am Sunday Service. You can let us know if you are bringing any kids with you to this service when you book in online (see home page for links)

We run programmes for kids between the ages of 2-11 (see below for more details). But if you have a young baby under the age of two, we have a space JUST for you!! Come and hang out in our JUNCTION BABIES corner, where we have places to sit, toys to play with, and a LIVE feed of the service so you don’t have to miss a thing! This is available throughout ALL of our Sunday morning services…

So…. How does it all work?

Registration

All our kids team are fully trained and DBS approved. They’re the ones wearing bright blue t shirts! Registration opens at 9:45am every Sunday Morning and is open until 10:05am each week. This process just involves us logging a few details into our secure online system and ensures everything runs smoothly and we can contact parents should we need. Also, this is a good opportunity for you to let us know any key details such as food allergies etc. It’s also a great way for your children to meet our brilliant kids team! Our Kids Team will then show you the way to drop-off your children at their rooms for the morning!

Kids Streams

We have four streams, each of which are based on the age the children. We do however
sometimes place kids with their school year groups instead where more appropriate, and we will
always have conversations with you about where we think your child will benefit the most..

Ark: Kids between the ages of 2-4

Sparks: Kids between the ages of 5-6

Thrive: Kids between the ages of 7-9

Blaze: Kids between the ages of 10-11

Kids Streams

All our Kids streams aim to make the Bible relevant to the lives of the children – presenting it in a way that engages them. Each week is packed full of Bible based crafts, games, stories and songs. It’s extremely fun and very energetic! We work to a brilliant curriculum which aims to help each child discover the bible for themselves and makes it fun and relevant to their lives.

At the end

After all our streams have finished their programmes, we then get the kids together and ready for collection as the 10am service comes to a close. Our Ark and Sparks children will be collected from their session rooms (Kids Team will point the way to these if you are unsure) and our Thrive and Blaze kids will come downstairs to the Collection Point in the Box Office (again, feel free to ask any of or team who will gladly show you the way!)
