    LIFE GROUPS

    Beyond our Sunday service, we have a thriving mid-week community too. This includes LIFE GROUPS. These are more intimate gatherings of between 8 - 12 people. Over good snacks and drinks, we chat about the Bible and explore how we apply its truth in our daily lives. We also pray for each other - and this is always really meaningful. If you'd like to find out more about our Life Groups, the best thing is to come along to our next Sunday service and ask. We'll be delighted to connect you with one of our Life Groups.

    EXPERIENCE

    We strongly encourage you to arrive around 10 to 15 minutes before the service begins at the Junction Church Nottingham. This is a really great way of meeting people who will help you feel relaxed and welcomed. We also serve hot drinks and snacks before the service too! The actual service is kept deliberately simple and uncluttered. We spend some time worshipping; we listen to some relevant bible teaching and we hear updates which keep you informed about what's coming up in the life of the church. This lasts around 1 hour. After the service, we serve hot coffee and tea as well as lots of snacks - and we really encourage you to stay around so you can get to know some more people who are part of the church. Feel free to bring your family and friends along. We'll ensure they receive a warm welcome!

    The Junction Church Nottingham meets every Sunday evening at 6:30pm for our main weekly service. This takes place in the main hall at Nottingham Girls High School, 9 Arboretum Street, Nottingham, NG1 4JB. The venue is really easy to find, and when you arrive, you'll meet our friendly welcome team who will make you feel right at home. The heart of everything we do is to offer you a church family where you can grow in your faith and do life with others on a similar journey. You are totally welcome at all of our services.

    Students are part of the fabric of the Junction Church Leicester. Many of our congregation are recent graduates themselves. Our heart is to support you during your time in Leicester.     LIFE GROUPS

    The Junction Church Leicester is far more than just a Sunday service. We host a whole range of mid-week events too. This includes LIFE GROUPS. These are smaller gatherings of between 8-12 people. They always include food - and the chance to chat about how the truths of the Bible work in day to day living. We'll also support you with prayer and encouragement too. Be sure to find out about joining a Life Group when you attend one of our services.

  • WHAT TO EXPECT AT A SERVICE

    Our 2:30pm service in Leicester lasts around 1 hour. We always recommend arriving around 10-15 minutes beforehand so you can meet some of our team and enjoy a hot drink. This will also help you relax and enjoy the service. The service itself includes music & worship, relevant bible teaching and weekly updates which help people connect into the life of the church. Afterwards, we serve tea & coffee - and we encourage you to stay around for this as it's a great way of meeting people and connecting into the life of the church. You will always receive a warm and friendly welcome at all of our services. We value you and our heart is to see you flourishing.

  • FAMILIES AT THE JUNCTION CHURCH

    The Junction Church Loughborough is thriving with families! Each Sunday, during our 9:30am service, our brilliant kids team hosts Kids Church. Then during the week, we also host family life groups, family support groups, mums & tots groups, a thriving youth ministry as well as a whole range of hangouts, all designed to support you as a family. It would be totally worth checking us out.

  • STUDENTS

    We offer loads for students at the Junction Church Loughborough. In fact, you’ll rarely hear us even refer to you as a ‘student’ because here, you’re simply part of the family. As well as our Sunday services, we host free Sunday lunches (every week), mid-week life groups, leadership development, in depth teaching on theology, conferences, worship community (including worship nights), daily devotions, social action projects, missions, hangouts in homes around the area and a whole array of other stuff too. We also run an event on campus called ‘VIBE AT THE UNION’ too. Thing is, you never have to do life on your own. We are absolutely passionate about championing you to become everything God has called you to be. It’s the very heart of who we are.

    At the Junction Church Loughborough, Life Groups are smaller mid-week gatherings - usually between 8-12 people. They're a chance to grow deeper in your faith by chatting with others about how we can apply biblical truth in everyday life. We host Life Groups for families, students, internationals, youth, young adults, older folks and a whole bunch of other interests too. So there will be a life group where you can feel connected and at home. If you'd like to be part of a Life Group, the best thing is to ask at one of the info points after a service at the Junction Church Loughborough. We'll help you get connected.

    We strongly recommend arriving at De Lisle College around 10-15 minutes before each service begins. This will help you get to know some of our friendly team beforehand, and they'll make you feel really welcome. We serve complimentary tea & coffee during this time. There's no formal dress code for the Junction Church Loughborough - we just want you to relax & feel at home. The service itself lasts around 1 hour 10 minutes. This includes worship, teaching & church updates. After the service, there's plenty of time to connect and get to know others. Our heart is to create a warm & friendly environment where you feel valued and safe. You are totally welcome to come and be with us for any service.

    Formerly known as Emmanuel Pentecostal Church Arnold, our history dates back to the 1950’s with a heritage that is Pentecostal. So what does ‘pentecostal’ mean? Well, the original founders strongly believed that the work of the Holy Spirit had not ceased, but is ongoing through every generation. So they encouraged people to experience the Holy Spirit for themeselves. 70 years later, the church has changed it’s name to ‘The Junction Church’. But our belief in the work of the Holy Spirit is stronger than ever. The heart behind the new name is a desire to champion a new generation of people to live Spirit filled lives in our day and generation. A junction is a place where people meet before they go into every day life. That’s our heart – to create a community, a family, where people meet can do life together and experience the reality of God’s grace today.     LEAD PASTOR

    Lydia Todd is a lead pastor at the Junction Church. Originally from the city of Leeds, she studied theology at university and spent a number of years in youth ministry before pioneering the Junction Church. People really love her brilliantly down to earth way of inspiring them to face the joys and challenges of life with faith & hope. Lydia has been the catalyst for so many of the outstanding ministries we offer in the life of our church - including our kids ministry. Behind the scenes, she's responsible for overseeing all our teams - ensuring they carry great positive culture that will help people flourish. She's also the proud mum of Sophia Hope.

    SENIOR PASTORS

    Roy & Lydia Todd are the senior pastors of the Junction Church. They pioneered the Church from scratch in 2012 with just a small handful of people. Both Roy & Lydia are theology graduates (Sheffield) and they're both credentialed ministers who have travelled widely around the world. Their heart is to create a vibrant & healthy local church family where people can be planted and genuinely flourish. Roy & Lydia lead a team of people who are responsible for the ministry of the Junction Church across our locations. They are parents to two children.

Amy is an incredibly gifted person whose servant heart shines through in everything she does. She works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of our increasingly busy church community. Amy leads Thursday night connect in Nottingham - and is gathering a really great community of Christ followers in the city.

NOEL SUTHESH - finance & media

Noel is our finance coordinator. He works with the trustee's to ensure all our finances are in good shape and that gift aid is processed. Noel is a massive blessing to the Junction Church.

Angie leads our youth ministry called T.R.G. (This Rising Generation). She's passionate about raising up a generation of young people who have the confidence and boldness to become everything God has called them to be.
